Common Questions
How does the coaching work day to day?
Your training plan is delivered weekly through TrainingPeaks. Each new block comes with a Loom video from Josh explaining the focus and intent. You complete your sessions, log your feedback, and Josh reviews and adjusts as needed.
How much does coaching cost?
Coaching is $225 per month for marathon coaching, $250 per month for ultra and trail running coaching, and $280 per month for multi-day and expedition coaching. All prices include GST.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Book a discovery call. We will talk through your goals, your current fitness, and your target race, and I will tell you exactly what I would recommend. There is no obligation.
How long do athletes typically work with you?
Most athletes work with me for 6 to 12 months, though many continue well beyond that. Endurance performance is built over years, not weeks.
Do you coach athletes outside Australia?
Yes. I coach athletes across Australia, the UK, Europe, and internationally. Everything runs remotely through TrainingPeaks, Loom, and monthly video calls.
What if I get injured during the programme?
Injury management is part of the coaching. We adjust the plan, work around the injury where possible, and focus on what you can do rather than what you cannot.
