Pacing strategy, nutrition timing, crew and pacer briefings, contingency plans. We work through every scenario before race day so you're not making decisions under pressure at kilometre 80.

Monthly check-in calls, direct messaging, and coach feedback on every session. When something's not working, we adjust. You're not left to figure it out on your own.

Ultra and trail running coaching starts at $250 per month (including GST). Marathon coaching is $225 per month and multi-day and expedition coaching is $280 per month. All programmes include personalised weekly training plans, full race planning, monthly check-in calls, and direct messaging access.
