MEET COACH JOSH
I’ve spent years pushing into long, uncomfortable places. In racing, in training and in life. That’s where I’ve built the resilience and perspective I now pass on to my athletes.
From Ironman events to 200 mile mountain ultras like Tor des Géants, and even silent meditation retreats, I’ve learned that endurance is about patience, commitment and the ability to keep moving forward when things get hard. Those experiences shape how I coach.
I don’t believe in forcing fitness or chasing perfect weeks. I believe in building durable athletes who can train consistently, stay healthy and execute calmly on race day.
I’ve worked in the sports and exercise industry for over 15 years, with qualifications across running, strength and conditioning, nutrition, mobility, yoga and breathwork. More importantly, I’ve lived the process I coach.
The long days. The setbacks. The fatigue. The lessons that only come when things don’t go to plan.
My role isn’t just to write training plans. It’s to guide athletes through the process of becoming stronger, more resilient and more self aware, physically and mentally.
Whether you’re training for your first marathon or a 200 mile race, the goal is the same. Train with clarity. Build strength that lasts. Commit to the long game.
