MEET COACH JOSH

Josh is passionate about pushing his mind, body, and spirit to their limits. Every day, he feels grateful for the opportunity to do so and is driven to help others believe they can, too.

Over the past 10 years, Josh has embarked on an incredible journey of self-discovery. He has conquered Ironman events, ultra running races, mountain treks, silent meditation retreats, and unlocked the transformative power of the breath. Through these experiences, he’s learned that achieving any goal requires a combination of physical training, a strong community, and a resilient mindset.

With over 15 years of experience in the Sports and Exercise industry, Josh brings a wealth of expertise. He’s an Australia-accredited Running and Triathlon Coach, a Strength and Conditioning Coach, a Nutrition Coach, and a Mobility Coach. As a qualified Breathwork Coach, he combines all these elements into a comprehensive approach that’s perfectly suited for endurance training.

Josh’s goal is simple: to share his knowledge with anyone who has a dream, no matter their starting point. Whether it’s running around the block or completing a 100-mile race, Josh is here to help you make it happen.
