MEET COACH JOSH
Josh is inspired to push his mind and body to its limits. Physically, mentally and spiritually. Everyday he's grateful that he gets to do this and is driven to help others believe they can too. Over the past 10 years he has been on an epic journey of self discovery. Having conquered triathlons, Ironman events, ultra endurance running races, mountain trekking, silent mediation retreats & discovered the power of the breath. He has learnt that to reach your goal, success is a combination of physical training, a solid community and a strong mindset practice. Josh has over 15 years of experience within the Sports and Exercise industry. He's an Australia accredited Running and Triathlon coach, a strength & conditioning coach, a nutrition coach and a mobility coach. He is also a qualified breathwork coach and has found that all of this knowledge combined works perfectly for endurance training. Joshs goal is to share his knowledge with other people of any ability who have a dream they want to fulfil. This could be to run around the block or complete their first 100 mile race!
